About the Role
Miro is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel, Partnerships to play a critical role in managing and negotiating channel, reseller, solutions, and technology partnership agreements. This role will also be instrumental in building and maintaining partnership programs and portals, acting as a trusted business partner to Miro's partnerships teams.
As a key member of the legal team, you will collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, and technology teams to support business objectives, provide day-to-day legal advice, and ensure compliance while enabling business growth. This position offers the opportunity to work on strategic partnerships that directly impact Miro’s success and growth trajectory.

What you’ll do
- Manage and negotiate contracts for channel, reseller, solutions, and technology partnerships.
- Develop and maintain support for evolving partnership programs, including development of terms and conditions, and relevant partnership portals.
- Act as a business partner to Miro's partnerships teams, providing strategic legal advice.
- Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and technology teams to support business objectives.
- Draft and maintain relevant Miro terms and agreements.
- Provide day-to-day legal advice on partnership-related matters.
- Support for sales operations through channel partners.
What you’ll need
- 6-8 years as in-house counsel or attorney focusing on commercial matters in the tech industry.
- Proven ability to manage and negotiate complex partnership agreements in multi-faceted environments.
- Demonstrated experience in independently managing projects and addressing complex legal issues.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk management expertise.
- Comprehensive knowledge of partnership-related legal matters and ability to innovate processes.
- Ability to balance business enablement with risk mitigation.
- Excellent communicator, capable of translating legal concepts into business-friendly language.
- Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Works independently on impactful decisions while being a collaborative team player.
